Billy Gene Pannell, Sr. “Slick”

Billy Gene Pannell, Sr. “Slick”, 56, of Keiser, Ark., died Thursday, April 1, 2021. Born Aug. 22, 1964, on Island 35 in Reverie, Tenn., he was a member of the Full Gospel Church in Keiser, worked as grounds keeper/farmer and enjoyed hunting and fishing.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Billy Joe and Wanda Mae Pannell; one son, Justin LeRoy Pannell; and two sisters, Shirley Hicks and Tammy Thomas.

He is survived by his wife, Pamela Carlene Pannell; two sons, Billy Gene Pannell, Jr. (Pennye Williams) and Acee Drake Pannell; two daughters, Stephanie Lynn Williams (Danarius) and Leah Ryanne Pannell (Robert Maxwell); five grandchildren, Tyla, Ja’Keivia, Raeine, Justinna and Danarius, Jr.; lifetime friend, Lorie Pannell; and host of friends and family.

Visitation will be held from 1-2 p.m. Monday, April 5, 2021, at Roller-Swift Funeral Home in Osceola, Ark.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, April 5, 2021, at Roller-Swift Funeral Home in Osceola. Burial was held in Rivercrest Gardens in Marie, Ark.
